HMI and Custom Control Panel Development Throughout the United States

At TriPex Solutions, we offer HMI screen development services, which give your screen display a new look. In case you prefer to maintain your original HMI, we’ll duplicate everything and tweak the display to provide better resolution and color.

We can also add new features to your HMI screen, incorporating trending storage information, which will keep new data in an Excel® sheet stored on an SD card. These procedures do not require us to work on your site so that we can deliver services faster. As long as you have the right hardware on the system and an internet connection, we can efficiently do everything remotely.

Installing new lines or systems requires control panels. Fortunately, our technicians are experienced in designing and building custom control panels to make your new lines work efficiently and accordingly.

We will identify the line’s components and create an input/output (I/O) sheet with all the signals and commands. This sheet will also list the system requirements, which we will use to create an electrical schematic. We will provide this to our panel builder, who will ensure everything fits into the panel.

All our panels are UL 508-rated and positioned enclosure NEMA 12 or 4-rated for indoor and outdoor use.

We’ll wire PLC modules to the terminal blocks using separate, easily identified labels. This makes troubleshooting potential problems with the panel much easier to do.

The panels will have a separation between 120V and 24V to reduce system interference. Their components will be enclosed in a box with HMI, which we will mount at the door if required. We also fabricate control panels with 480V wiring. An electrician installs the control panel.
